Lazy Sunday Evening…

A weekend of sunshine and hard work + chatting with clever photographer Glo + a quiet Sunday evening twiddling my thumbs all alone = playtime with old Fuji Finepix camera.

A photograph (taken on film on my old Yashica, I think) of my partner John, inside a first year art installation (12 years ago?). I had built a small space that you practically crawled into, and inside there were wax and latex pieces cast from body-parts and mannequins. Frame is Art Deco, pewter. The feather is a cheap-and-cheerful necklace that I found, whilst the hummingbird skull is in silver with garnet eyes and was John's 10 year anniversary gift to me. Scarf is grey silk leopard-print.
