In reverse order…

…a couple of young lads thought I worked in the library. Me, smelling of horse and with mud up my legs (and possibly on my face, I hadn’t checked). We laughed and they were pretty, so that was fine.

I saw lovely Alison of CrikeyAphrodite for tea and snacks in New Street Station! Only a flying visit, but really lovely to catch up since we hadn’t seen each other in ages.

Despite having a shorter Wednesday than usual at the stables, I lunged Buster and walked Twiggy out in hand whilst my colleague in charge long-reined Bella (who is coming back into work) then lunged Tara. We felt quite productive and each animal achieved something, in its own way.

When I woke up, it was very chilly but the cat hadn’t left a dead rat on my bedroom floor for me. Bonus.

A lovely day.
